Job summary

Breeze is building an intelligent payments infrastructure that combines AI, stablecoins, and global commerce. We are hiring a Full Stack Engineer to design, build, and ship end-to-end payment products, owning features from scope to delivery in a fast-moving, product-focused environment.

You’ll work with Product, Design, and Risk teams, using AI to plan large codebase efforts and ensure regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of professional software engineering experience in fintech, payments, or fast-paced startup environments.
• Experience building product-driven, user-facing applications.
• Fluent with AI coding tools to scope work and ship faster without sacrificing quality.
• Familiarity with tools powering AI: agent tooling, RAG pipelines, prompt engineering.

Responsibilities

• Build and scale user-facing fintech products that power Breeze's payments platform.
• Use AI tools as a core part of workflow to scope, plan, and execute large projects across a multi-service codebase.
• Break down ambiguous, multi-week projects into shippable milestones and manage execution.
• Own features end to end from design to iteration based on user feedback.
• Work with React.js/TypeScript frontend and Node.js/TypeScript backend.
• Collaborate with Product and Design to shape requirements and tradeoffs.
• Design secure, scalable, performant systems for payments context.
• Coordinate with Risk, Compliance, Operations to meet regulatory needs.
• Communicate clearly with stakeholders and contribute to product planning.
• Participate in on-call rotations and triage production/merchant issues.
