Job summary

BreezeCash is hiring a Junior Full Stack Engineer to help design, build, and ship user-facing payment products. You’ll work across the stack in a product-focused team, writing production code and using AI tools to accelerate delivery.

You’ll collaborate with Product, Design, Operations, Risk, and Compliance to build secure, scalable features and learn the full product lifecycle in a fast-moving startup.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
• 2+ years of professional software engineering experience, preferably fintech or fast-paced startups.
• Experience building product-driven, user-facing applications.
• Fluent with AI coding tools; able to scope work and ship efficiently.
• Familiarity with agent tooling, RAG pipelines, and prompt engineering.

Responsibilities

• Build and scale user-facing fintech products for Breeze's payments platform.
• Use AI tools to scope, plan, and execute large projects across a multi-service codebase.
• Break down multi-week projects into shippable milestones and manage execution.
• Own features end-to-end from design to iteration based on user feedback.
• Work in a full-stack environment using React.js/TypeScript frontend and Node.js/TypeScript backend.
• Collaborate with Product and Design to shape requirements and tradeoffs.
• Design secure, scalable, and performant systems in payments context.
• Coordinate with Risk, Compliance, and Operations to meet regulatory needs.
• Communicate clearly with stakeholders and contribute to planning.
