SkillStorm offers a paid, 12-week hands-on training program to launch your software career. You’ll work on real, team-based projects and deploy to enterprise or government clients from day one.

Ideal candidates include new grads, career changers with a technical foundation, and transitioning service members or veterans seeking a structured path into enterprise software work. Qualified applicants have a technical degree or at least one year of W2 experience, plus a solid grasp of programming

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related technical field.
• At least one year of W2 experience in a technical role.
• Equivalent technical experience will be reviewed with you.
• Strong fundamentals in programming, data structures and algorithms.
• Familiarity with Java or C#.

Responsibilities

• Build and enhance applications using client languages and tools.
• Write clean, efficient code to professional standards.
• Diagnose and fix defects; provide technical support.
• Participate in code reviews and give/receive feedback.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications with stakeholders.
• Support testing and deployment to production; maintain technical documentation.
• Keep current with industry tools and techniques through ongoing training.
