Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, or related.
• Either 1+ year of W2 experience in a technical role or equivalent technical experience.
• Working understanding of programming fundamentals: data structures, algorithms, databases and SQL, and OO languages like Java or C#.

Responsibilities

• Build and enhance applications using client languages, frameworks, and tools.
• Write clean, efficient, well‑structured code to professional standards.
• Diagnose and fix defects; provide technical support and resolution.
• Participate in code reviews and exchange constructive feedback.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications with stakeholders.
• Support testing and deployment to production; maintain technical documentation.
• Keep current with industry tools and techniques through ongoing training.
