SkillStorm offers a paid 12-week training program designed to launch your software career. Trainees gain hands-on experience on real team projects and then deploy directly to Fortune 100 enterprises or government clients on day one.

We welcome recent graduates, career changers with a technical foundation, and transitioning service members. A structured path into enterprise software work is provided, including mentorship and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related technical field (CS/SE/IT) required.
• At least one year of W2 experience in a technical role.
• Equivalent technical experience we'll review individually.
• Working understanding of programming fundamentals — data structures, algorithms, databases and SQL, and OO languages such as Java or C#.

Responsibilities

• Build and enhance applications for client deployments.
• Write clean, efficient, well-structured code to professional standards.
• Diagnose and fix defects; provide technical support and resolution.
• Participate in code reviews and give/receive constructive feedback.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications with stakeholders.
• Support testing and deployment to production; maintain technical documentation.
• Keep current with industry tools and techniques through ongoing training.
