SkillStorm offers a paid 12-week training program that transitions into deployment with Fortune 100 enterprises and U.S. government agencies. We hire early in technical careers—including graduates and career changers—who have core programming foundations and a drive for enterprise software work.

Participants gain hands-on, team-based experience and the potential to relocate for client placement. Qualified candidates can obtain a U.S. government clearance as part of the process.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related technical field or
• At least one year of W2 experience in a technical role or equivalent technical experience will be reviewed
• Working understanding of programming fundamentals; data structures, algorithms, databases and SQL, and OO languages such as Java or C#.

Responsibilities

• Build and enhance applications using client languages, frameworks, and tools
• Write clean, efficient, well-structured code to professional standards
• Diagnose and fix defects; provide technical support and resolution
• Participate in code reviews — give and receive constructive feedback
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications with stakeholders
• Support testing and deployment to production; maintain technical documentation
• Keep current with industry tools and techniques through ongoing training
