Associated Bank seeks a Full Stack Developer Associate to support development and maintenance of client-facing web applications and services. You will work with senior team members to design, code, test, debug, document, and implement applications across technologies and platforms, gaining exposure to modern practices and agile delivery.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Less than 2 years of experience developing or designing component-based web, mobile, or desktop applications.
• Knowledge of user-centered design principles.

Responsibilities

• Develop application software for defined projects by creating new program logic or modifying existing applications under the guidance of senior team members.
• Code, test, debug, document, and implement deployment scripts for software applications.
• Analyze requirements, test application components, and support successful implementation of system improvements.
• Build web applications and services using an agile engineering mindset and a focus on solving complex problems.
• Design, build, test, implement, and maintain web applications that are reliable, accessible, and aligned to the organization's application and API strategy.
• Assist in developing proof-of-concepts and prototypes for easy-to-navigate user interfaces, including graphics, icons, color schemes, and visually appealing application designs.
• Support application compatibility across multiple computing platforms and browsers.
• Explore new technology stacks, modern trends, open-source libraries, design patterns, architecture, best practices, and other software development topics.
