Job summary

Pioneering Evolution LLC. is seeking a Junior Full-Stack Developer to support secure, mission-critical software for a federal customer in Arlington, VA.

You will work with experienced engineers in an Agile environment to build modern web apps, contributing to both backend and frontend development while learning and growing technically. Responsibilities include developing features with .NET Core, RESTful APIs, and responsive UIs, writing clean code, and participating in Agile ceremonies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field.
• 0–3 years of professional software development experience.
• Familiar with Angular, React, or Vue.js.
• Basic understanding of C# and OOP.
• Experience with RESTful APIs and Git.
• Willing to work full-time onsite in the Washington, D.C. metro area and US citizenship with active Secret Clearance.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain features using .NET Core and modern front-end frameworks under guidance.
• Assist with RESTful API development and integration.
• Build responsive UIs that integrate with backend services.
• Write clean, maintainable code following standards.
• Develop unit tests and support integration testing.
• Collaborate across software engineers, QA, DevSecOps, UI/UX, and others.
