Junior Full Stack Developer - Bilingual in Korean

Full-time

Contract Period: 1 year (renewable)

Position Summary

We are looking for a motivated Junior Full Stack Developer to join our team in Plano, TX. This role is ideal for a candidate with hands‑on exposure to front‑end and back‑end development, database design, modern AI/LLM technologies, and RPA (Robotic Process Automation), along with a foundational understanding of UI/UX principles and DevOps practices. The ideal candidate is a fast learner who is comfortable working across both Linux and Windows Server environments and is eager to grow their skills in a collaborative, fast‑paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain full stack applications and services using Java and Python.
• Design and consume RESTful APIs to connect front‑end and back‑end components.
• Support the integration and fine‑tuning of AI/LLM‑based features into existing and new applications.
• Build and maintain RPA (Robotic Process Automation) workflows to automate repetitive business processes.
• Design, query, and maintain relational databases (RDB), ensuring data integrity and performance.
• Collaborate with designers and product stakeholders to implement clean, user‑friendly UI/UX.
• Write unit and integration tests to ensure code quality and reliability.
• Assist in building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines and other DevOps automation.
• Deploy, configure, and troubleshoot applications on Linux (Ubuntu) and Windows Server environments.
• Use Git for version control and participate in code reviews and pull requests.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, sprint planning, and cross‑functional team meetings.
• Document technical processes, code changes, and system configurations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve bugs and production issues in a timely manner.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent professional experience.
• Working knowledge of Java and Python programming languages.
• Understanding of RESTful API design and integration.
• Foundational understanding of AI/LLM concepts and practical applications.
• Understanding of relational databases (RDB), including SQL and schema design.
• Basic knowledge of UI/UX design principles and best practices.
• Exposure to DevOps tools and practices (e.g., CI/CD, containerization).
• Experience with or exposure to RPA (Robotic Process Automation) tools (e.g., Brity Works, UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Power Automate).
• Experience with Linux/Ubuntu and Windows Server operating environments.
• Familiarity with Git and collaborative version control workflows.
• Basic understanding of Agile/Scrum development methodology.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and willingness to learn new technologies.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
