Junior Full Stack Developer

Clearance: Must be U.S. citizen and hold a minimum Public Trust clearance.

Disclaimer: Bench position contingent upon customer funding. Potential start date 4‑8+ weeks. Upon funding approval, long‑term, full‑time salary position.

Responsibilities
  • Participate in a fast‑paced Agile DevOps team, collaborating continuously in the scrum team.
  • Analyze software requirements and architect solutions.
  • Design, code, test, implement, and maintain software solutions.
  • Provide full‑stack development support for UIs, REST APIs, and data access layers.
  • Ensure software passes all stages within the CI pipeline.
Requirements
  • U.S. citizen with Public Trust clearance (minimum).
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT Management, Engineering, or comparable experience/certification.
  • Minimum 2 years IT experience focused on application development, DevSecOps, and project work.
  • At least 1 year deployment experience of enterprise applications on AWS.
  • Experience in large‑scale, high‑performance AWS big‑data application development.
  • Proficient with Java Spring Boot, JPA.
  • Front‑end UI experience with JavaScript frameworks (jQuery, React, Angular, Vue).
  • Experience building data‑access layers with JPA.
  • Full‑stack web development background.
  • Docker/Docker Compose experience.
  • Automated testing (unit, integration, functional, 508, performance, end‑to‑end).
  • CI/CD tooling (build, test, secure, deploy).
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills.
  • Must be a U.S. citizen and hold Public Trust clearance.
Desired Qualifications
  • AWS tools and environment expertise.
  • Microservices architecture development.
  • Automated Test‑Driven Development frameworks (Selenium, Nightwatch, Cucumber, JUnit/TestNG).
  • Secure development practices (Fortify, SonarQube, ZAP, Twistlock/Anchore).
  • Jira or similar scrum tool experience.
  • Asynchronous messaging (Kafka, JMS, AMQP, RabbitMQ).
  • Kubernetes deployments (OpenShift, EKS, AKS).
  • SOAP/XML and REST/JSON web services.
  • Relational database queries.
  • Web technologies: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSON, jQuery.
  • Database tooling (Liquibase, Flyway, ElasticSearch, Solr/Lucene).
  • Jenkins continuous integration and DevOps automation.
