The Role

We are seeking an early-career Frontend Software Engineer, Front End to build reliable user-facing components using established design patterns and modern web technologies. • Build user-facing features using React, HTML, and CSS, following established design systems and accessibility standards

  • Contribute to the implementation and refinement of scoped tickets and user stories

  • Participate in code reviews by incorporating feedback and applying best practices

  • Debug common issues, identify performance or accessibility concerns, and raise blockers with clarity

  • Attend team standups, demos, and retrospectives; provide clear updates and seek feedback proactively

  • Maintain component documentation and ensure changes are communicated clearly to teammates

  • Utilize Modern Front-End Skills to:

  • Implement responsive, accessible UI components using React and semantic HTML/CSS

  • Follow established workflows, checklists, and coding standards in an Agile environment

  • Enhance overall application performance, accessibility, and UI consistency

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Software Engineering Fundamentals: 1–3 years of experience (including college internships) in frontend development, with an understanding of reusable design patterns and component architecture.

  • Technical Communication & Articulation: Clear written and verbal communication in technical discussions, with the ability to maintain component documentation and convey technical issues clearly.

  • Collaborative Mindset: Willingness to receive and act on feedback during code reviews, a strong desire for continuous learning, and comfort contributing in daily standups and async platforms.

  • Problem Solving & Strategic Awareness: Demonstrated ability to debug UI issues, propose targeted solutions when blocked, and begin connecting front-end implementation choices with user needs and business goals.
