Job summary

RTX is seeking a Digital Electrical Engineer I in McKinney, TX, to design and develop circuit card assemblies (CCAs) and FPGA-based solutions using AMD, Altera, and Microchip architectures. You will work with a cross-functional team, delivering solutions for RF, EO, and gigabit interfaces, from architecture to production release.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in Electrical/Computer Engineering and hands-on experience with HDL, Verilog/VHDL, and test equipment, in an agile environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related STEM field.
• Experience with digital electronics, circuit design, or HDL coding.
• Experience with test instruments for circuit characterization and validation.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop CCAs and FPGA-based solutions.
• Collaborate with systems, mechanical, and software engineers.
• Contribute across full lifecycle from concept to production release.
