TEKsystems is seeking a Junior Financial Analyst in Princeton, NJ to support the Division FP&A Headquarters team. This entry-level role is ideal for recent graduates seeking to develop a strong foundation in financial planning, analysis, reporting, forecasting, budgeting, and business performance analysis.

You will partner with the finance team to provide timely, accurate financial information that supports decision-making across the organization. On-site 5x per week for the first few months.

Qualifications

• Entry-level FP&A role suitable for recent graduates seeking to build a foundation in financial planning and analysis.
• Supports financial reporting, forecasting, budgeting, and business performance analysis with the finance team.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain financial reports for monthly, quarterly, and annual planning.
• Assist with Plans, LBEs, and LRP forecasting.
• Consolidate, validate, and review financial data for management reporting and performance analysis.
• Assist with P&L, balance sheet reviews, cash flow reporting, and variance analyses.
• Maintain and update financial models and reporting tools used by FP&A.
• Support monthly close activities including reconciliations, journal entries, and reporting updates.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales and financial reports and assist with forecasting and budgeting tracking.
• Analyze actual results vs budgets/forecasts and identify key drivers of variances.
• Assist with S&OP reporting and performance metric tracking.
• Support capex requests, PO reviews, and project spending analyses.
