Job summary

Naked Wolfe in West Hollywood is seeking a Junior Footwear Designer & Product Developer to help bring each collection to life, collaborating closely with the Creative Director.

The role is on-site, full-time, based in West Hollywood and reports to the Co-Founder & Creative Director. You will hand-sketch and CAD footwear concepts, build tech packs, track samples, and ensure delivery on brief and on time while researching trends.

Responsibilities

• Hand-sketch and CAD footwear designs from the Creative Director's direction, with accurate technical drawings and spec sheets
• Build and update tech packs: construction, materials, colourways, sole and heel details, measurements
• Research trends, competitors and the wider market, sharing regular trend and shop reports
• Own the collection critical path and flag risks to deadlines early
• Run all sample schedules with factories and sample rooms, tracking every proto, SMS and fit sample
