Job summary

Precise Systems is seeking a Junior Program Analyst, FMS to support our Patuxent River, MD customer. The Logistics Analyst will provide Foreign Military Sales (FMS) Case support to the PMA-280 TMPC FMS Team.

The candidate must have a BS/BA in a Program Management, Technical, or Business Analysis discipline, be eligible for a Secret clearance, and work in person at Patuxent River, MD. This position requires in-person support and citizenship alignment with DoD requirements.

Qualifications

• BS or BA degree in a Program Management, Technical, or Business analysis discipline.
• Associate’s Degree plus two (3) years additional work experience performing duties described in the functional description of the labor category may be substituted for a Bachelor’s Degree.
• Four (6) years additional work experience performing duties described in the functional description of the labor category may be substituted for a Bachelor’s Degree.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain Secret clearance. U.S. Citizenship is required.
• This position requires in person support.

Responsibilities

• Support the Pre-Case and Case Implementation Product Support to define spares, publications, sanitization, training, and software support requirements.
• Assist with the evaluation and tracking of timely retrofit kit delivery schedules, Reports of Discrepancies (RODs), incident reports, and subsystem obsolescence to identify availability of products for potential FMS customers.
• Assist with the coordination of transportation requirements to ensure appropriate lead times are planned for freight forwarders, co-production FMS manufacturers, or staging areas for modifications or kitting facilities.
• Other duties as assigned

We are currently seeking a Junior Program Analyst, FMS to support our Patuxent River, MD customer. The Logistics Analyst will provide Foreign Military Sales (FMS) Case support to the PMA-280 TMPC FMS Team.

The candidate will Support the efforts and actions of the Case Manager/Program Managers/Team Lead for various Foreign Military Sales (FMS) programs. With other members of the Security Cooperation team, and under the direction of the Case Manager/Program Manager/Team Lead, assists the Case Manager in analyzing and managing all aspects of FMS casework in accordance with the Arms Export Control Act, the Security Assistance Management Manual (SAMM) and the International Traffic in Arms Regulation (ITAR) as well as applicable DoD Acquisition policy guidance. In support of the above functions, a Secret clearance is required for the position. Security Clearance level obtainable after assignment to position is acceptable. The Contractor will determine security level achievability prior to placement.

Duties and Responsibilities

Required Education: BS or BA degree in a Program Management, Technical, or Business analysis discipline.

Allowable Substitution: Associate’s Degree plus two (3) years additional work experience performing duties described in the functional description of the labor category may be substituted for a Bachelor’s Degree.

OR

Four (6) years additional work experience performing duties described in the functional description of the labor category may be substituted for a Bachelor’s Degree.

Required Experience: A Junior level person within a labor category has less than 3 years of relevant experience. A Junior level person is responsible for assisting more senior positions and/or performing functional duties under the oversight of more senior positions.

Must be able to obtain and maintain Secret clearance. Due to the sensitivity of customer related requirements, U.S. Citizenship is required.

This position requires in person support.

Compensation at Precise Systems is determined by various factors, including education, experience, skills, competencies, and contract-specific requirements. The salary range for this position is $39,632.19-$59,448.28 (annualized USD). This range represents the standard pay for this role and is just one component of Precise Systems’ total compensation package.
