Job summary

The role requires reading measuring instruments (micrometers, calipers, scales), basic visual inspection and documenting results; training on 3rd shift, 10:30 pm–6:30 am, for about 4 months. HS diploma and 0–4 years of experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Ability to read measuring instruments such as micrometers calipers scales and indicators and blueprints.
• Attention to detect defects and non-conformances with detailed record keeping.
• Organized worker able to maintain clean work environment and good documentation.

Responsibilities

• Performs finishing techniques such as buffing polishing grinding deburring and etching on machine products.
• Achieve proper size finish and quality following drawings and quality specifications.
• Performs routine visual inspection and also uses basic measuring equipment.
• Work within established procedures with a moderate degree of supervision.
• Understands how the assigned duties relate to others in the team and how the team integrates with others.
