Job summary

Phyton Talent Advisors seeks a Financial Transaction Negotiator to support review, negotiation, and management of trading and confidentiality agreements for institutional markets. You will assist with MRAs/GMRAs, MSFTAs, NDAs, onboarding documents, and related legal requests, working closely with legal, business, operations, compliance, and risk teams.

This role offers exposure to fixed income, securities financing, and institutional trading products in a fast-paced environment for a junior

Qualifications

J.D. or Bachelor's degree with relevant legal or financial services experience.
Legal, contracts, compliance, or financial services experience.
Strong drafting, problem-solving, and project management skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and document management systems.
Interest in capital markets and financial products.

Responsibilities

Review, negotiate, and manage trading and confidentiality agreements for institutional markets.
Assist with MRAs/GMRAs, MSFTAs, NDAs, and onboarding documentation.
Coordinate with legal, business, operations, compliance, and risk teams on client onboarding and documentation projects.
Support regulatory initiatives and documentation projects in a fast-paced environment.
Maintain accuracy, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
