You will work with Accounting, FP&A, BI and IT teams, perform UAT, maintain test docs, and help improve reporting processes.

The role emphasizes accuracy, analytical thinking, and the ability to learn new systems quickly; a bachelor's degree is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, Business Analytics, or a related field.
• 0-2 years of related experience preferred.
• Proficiency with Excel and business reporting tools is required.

Responsibilities

• Validate system-generated financial reports used in daily, monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting.
• Understand reporting logic, accounting impacts, and system functionality through testing.
• Perform UAT and regression testing for system releases and new product launches.
• Support testing related to system enhancements and business process changes.
• Prepare and maintain testing documentation and logs.
• Participate in cross-functional meetings to document reporting requirements.
• Collaborate with Accounting, FP&A, BI, and operations to resolve discrepancies.
• Identify opportunities to improve testing procedures and reporting processes.
