Job summary

Frontline Insurance seeks a Financial Systems & Reporting Assurance Analyst I to validate and test financial reports across monthly, quarterly, and annual cycles, ensuring accuracy and compliance. You will collaborate with Accounting, FP&A, BI, and operations to document reporting requirements, resolve discrepancies, and support system enhancements in a fast-paced insurance environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, Business Analytics, or related field.
• 0-2 years of Accounting, Finance, Financial Systems, Reporting, Audit, or related experience preferred.
• Experience with Microsoft Excel required.
• Familiarity with Power BI, reporting tools, or financial systems preferred.
• Insurance industry internship or work experience preferred.
• Exposure to insurance systems, including Guidewire, is a plus.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to learn new systems and processes quickly.
• Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Ability to manage multiple assignments and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Validate system-generated financial reports used in monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting.
• Test reporting logic and analyze accounting impacts in collaboration with senior staff.
• Perform UAT and regression testing of financial reports during releases and expansions.
• Support testing for system enhancements and process changes affecting reporting.
• Document test plans, results, logs, and supporting evidence.
• Collaborate with Accounting, FP&A, BI, and operations to resolve reporting discrepancies.
• Identify opportunities to improve testing procedures and reporting processes.
• Assist with ad‑hoc projects related to financial systems and reporting.
