Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
• 6 months to 2 years of relevant experience (internships count)
• Internship or professional experience within banking, financial services, or investment banking is highly preferred
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy

Responsibilities

• Support daily financial and operational processes
• Analyze, reconcile, and validate financial data
