Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Statistics, or related field.
• Grade I Financial Analyst at Allison typically has 0–2 years of experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, and data organization.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation of monthly reporting and analysis tracking key financial metrics versus budget, forecast, and prior year.
• Support the implementation of a companywide ERP system and perform validations.
• Support quarterly and annual budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Participate in ad hoc team projects and business case support as needed.
• Streamline and implement automated processes to increase accuracy and efficiency.
