Job summary

Talint supports a U.S. Army FIAR initiative by placing a Financial Analyst to work onsite in a hybrid model at Shaw Air Force Base, SC. The role requires U.S.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Financial Management, Information Systems, Business, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Data Science, or related field.
• 1+ year of accounting or finance experience (federal or commercial; internships accepted).
• Experience with general ledgers, financial statements, reconciliations, or audit support
• Understanding of financial systems and data validation processes
• Ability to analyze large datasets and identify discrepancies
• Strong analytical, organizational, and documentation skills
• Exposure to tools such as SQL, Python, Power Platform, or similar technologies processes

Our client is seeking a Financial Analyst to support the U.S. Army’s Financial Improvement and Audit Readiness (FIAR) initiatives. The right candidate will have 1+ year of accounting or finance experience, exposure to financial systems or reconciliations, and the ability to operate in a client-facing consulting environment. This role requires U.S. Citizenship and an active DoD Secret clearance. Must be able to work a hybrid work schedule onsite at Shaw Air Force Base, SC.
