JOIN A LEADING HEALTHCARE COMPANY
Curant Health is searching for a Financial Analyst (Data) to join its team in Smyrna, GA.
At Curant Health, we’re a mission-driven specialty pharmacy and analytics company dedicated to improving patient outcomes and partner-clinic performance. We’re looking for a strong early-career finance professional to join our Curalytics financial reporting & analytics team and help drive data-driven decisions across our clinic partner network and specialty business unit.
What you’ll do:
- Ensure the financial accuracy and integrity of the clinic financial reporting via our Curalytics platform: maintain PSA billing elements, review Charged / Collected / CoGS / Inventory on-hand, AR, management fees, and one-off clinic adjustments.
- Validate data flows from upstream systems (e.g., Pioneer, DataWarehouse) into Curalytics and ensure consistent alignment with monthly close results.
- Maintain and support the base file for commission calculations for our Curant Specialty business unit; assist in the calculation of commission payouts.
- Partner with FP&A and Controller to provide monthly close support, develop or test profitability dashboards (Power BI) and business unit P&L reporting.
- Analyze key financial metrics and KPIs (e.g., reimbursement shifts, WAC spreads, cost-to-dispense metrics, FTE metrics, actual vs plan, prior year variance) and prepare ad-hoc analyses and presentations for leadership.
- Drive process improvement and automation opportunities within finance reporting and analytics.
- Maintain confidentiality of financial information and adhere to company policy.
What we’re looking for:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- 2 to 3 years of experience in accounting/finance or FP&A (ideally within healthcare or specialty pharmacy, but strong general finance candidates with relevant skills will be considered).
- Strong proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, index-match, macros, or equivalent) and comfort with Power BI or other data-visualization tools.
- Experience with or willingness to learn healthcare finance concepts (specialty pharmacy, clinic billing, cost of goods sold, inventory, AR, commissions) and monthly close processes.
- Data-driven mindset: ability to collect, monitor, analyze data, identify cost drivers, and support recommendations.
- Excellent attention to detail, strong analytical and communication skills, ability to partner with cross-functional teams.
- Self-starter, comfortable working in a fast-paced environment; ability to handle one-off issues and escalations (e.g., early payment, exceptions, clinic sustainability).
- Preferred (but not required): experience with Sage Intacct, VENA, Pioneer software, or other healthcare billing/reporting systems.
- Must be able to commute to our Smyrna, GA location.
What we offer:
- Opportunity for high visibility in the finance function, contributing to key decision-making and leadership reporting.
- Collaborative, mission-oriented culture in a healthcare-services company.
- Competitive compensation and benefits (health, 401k, PTO, etc.).
