Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a detail-oriented Financial Analyst to perform cash flow/ALM analyses, forecasting, and financial reporting for our Missouri operations.

The role requires 1–3 years in financial services, strong knowledge of BSA, and the ability to collaborate with internal teams while ensuring regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Four-year college degree in Finance or related field.
• One to three years of financial services experience with an emphasis on finance.
• Knowledge of technology necessary to perform the position.
• Knowledge of Bank Secrecy Act (BSA).
• Knowledge of credit union policies and procedures.
• Knowledge of Negotiable Instrument Reference & Guidelines, NACHA, BSA, and OFAC.
• Ability to attend required training sessions.
• Ability to perform the listed physical demands, including occasional lifting up to 20 lbs. and/or exerting force to move up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Perform financial analyses of cash flow/ALM, branch performance, rate of return, depreciation, investments, and financial and expense performance comparisons
• Prepare forecasts and analyze trends in sales, financial, and general business conditions
• Compile and prepare reports, graphs, and charts of developed data
• Assist with month-end financial, budgetary, regulatory, and ad-hoc reports
• Assist with the budgeting process
• Back up other areas of the finance department as needed
• Maintain compliance with applicable rules and regulations
• Network with other financial institutions to stay abreast of current trends
• Keep the Senior Financial Analyst informed of opportunities, best practices, and challenges
• Provide prompt and courteous service to internal and external members/customers
• Complete necessary logs and follow office security, key control, and alarm procedures
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned
