C-Suite Planning™ in Austin, Texas is seeking a Junior Financial Advisor to join a growing team in a hybrid role that favors remote work with occasional in-person meetings.

You will support financial planning, gather client data, prepare plans, manage accounts, and maintain client relationships while pursuing licenses and professional development. The position offers a base salary up to $50,000 with uncapped commission and benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required, preferably in Finance, Economics, or Business.
• Up to 5 years of experience in financial services or wealth management.
• Securities/advisory qualification such as Series 65 or 66 with Series 7.
• Life and Health Insurance licenses preferred but not required.
• Strong understanding of financial planning concepts.
• Proficient with CRM systems and financial software.

Responsibilities

• Support the delivery of financial planning and investment advisory services to clients.
• Assist with gathering, organizing, and reviewing client financial information for meetings.
• Develop and implement financial plans based on clients' goals and circumstances.
• Assist with investment account administration, onboarding, and service requests.
• Maintain regular client communication and timely follow-ups.
• Prepare for client meetings and track follow-ups.
• Maintain accurate client records in applicable systems.
• Collaborate with team to ensure a high-quality client experience.
• Support prospecting, business development, and practice growth initiatives.
• Stay informed on financial products, investments, and regulatory requirements.
• Follow compliance procedures and confidentiality.
• Pursue ongoing professional development and licenses.
