You will support user access, gather business requirements, and help implement ERP enhancements in a fast-paced environment. Strong analytical and collaborative skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Recent graduate or minimum three years of experience with financial or business systems.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Information Systems, Finance, or related field.
• Understanding of business, finance, and accounting functions.

Responsibilities

• Establish strong relationships with Finance, Procurement, PMO, IT and key business partners.
• Support and lead weekly timecard submittal and approval process.
• Respond to finance systems service desk tickets and manage user access.
• Gather and document business requirements; prioritize and deploy solutions.
• Identify, troubleshoot and track system issues to ensure efficiency and compliance.
• Document processes and train others; participate in cross-functional teams.
• Support Oracle system upgrades and ERP functionality improvements.
• Continuously evaluate applications to keep systems scalable.
