• Ability to handle high-volume, repetitive transactional work.
• Proficient in Excel and business applications.
• Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with a team.

Responsibilities

• Process Goods Receipt postings and related purchasing transactions.
• Support Purchase Application processing and purchasing administration.
• Assist with Purchase Order coding, tracking, and maintenance.
• Perform a variety of purchasing support and transaction management activities.
• Review purchasing documentation for accuracy and completeness.
• Provide administrative support related to invoices, purchasing, and goods receipt activities.
• Maintain operational records and data within internal systems.
• Assist with data entry, reporting, and general data management.
• Support high-volume, process-driven workflows and recurring operational tasks.
• Respond to daily requests and provide administrative support to the business operations team.
• Ensure compliance with established processes and procedures.
