STS International, Inc. is seeking a Junior Field Service Technician (JFST) with troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance experience to support the Combat Field Service Equipment Team (CFSET) at various CONUS and OCONUS locations. The Junior FST will be part of a team supporting rapid deployment of Force Provider modules, providing on-site assistance, assessment of deployable Expeditionary on Base Camps, and supporting reset activities.

Position Roles and Responsibilities

• Deploy within 72 hours, with deployments up to 120 days twice per year.
• Knowledge of Base Camp Design, Military Practices, Containerized System Integration, Inventory Management, Product level drawing reviews.
• Prepare documentation such as assessments, after action reports, and activity reports.
• Support engineering changes through documentation.
• Have functional knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems.
• Apply problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Knowledge of Configuration Control, Preservation and Packaging, Army Tech Manual layout.
• Construct, fabricate, fit, and assemble large semi-mobile shelters from aluminum beams and polyester vinyl, based on directions, blueprints, specifications.
• Perform assembly checks, minor repairs, and modifications, including troubleshooting machinery malfunctions.
• Attend meetings and perform activities following established procedures.

Minimum Education and Qualifications

• High School/GED required.
• U.S. citizen with current SECRET security clearance.
• At least three years of experience with Force Provider, Shelters, and Field Service Equipment.
• Skilled in HVAC, power generation, water/wastewater management.
• Able to meet deployment medical requirements and work in austere environments up to 16 hours/day, 7 days/week when deployed.
• Proficient with Excel, Word, Outlook; Maximo experience is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; team player.
• 70-80% travel required.
