Job summary

Hexagon AB's Manufacturing Intelligence division is hiring a Junior Field Service Engineer to start a career delivering technical service and support for advanced industrial inspection systems. You will complete a structured training program, install, calibrate, maintain, and repair equipment at customer locations while building knowledge across Hexagon technologies.

This role requires extensive travel and a strong customer-service orientation.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering discipline.
Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude.
Willingness to travel extensively.
Valid driver's license and passport.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and in teams.

Responsibilities

Field Service Delivery: Install, calibrate, maintain, and repair industrial inspection equipment at customer locations.
Perform preventative maintenance and service activities.
Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical, electronic, mechanical, and software-related issues.
Support equipment commissioning, system upgrades, and customer acceptance activities.
Assist senior Field Service Engineers with complex service interventions.
