Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in project management.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
• CAPM or PMP certification preferred.
• Proficient in scheduling, communication, and time management.
• Experience with Microsoft Project and collaboration tools.
• Knowledge of federal government contracting a plus.
• Top Secret Clearance or ability to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day execution of our subcontract scope, track deliverables, milestones, and deadlines.
• Serve as regular contact with the prime contractor's project team on schedule, status, and coordination matters.
• Monitor performance against the subcontract SOW and flag risks, delays, or scope changes to leadership.
• Interview candidates to replace departing employees.
• Prepare reports, deliverable packages, and documentation for the prime contractor.
• Coordinate with accounting to ensure invoices are correct.
• Participate in status meetings with the prime contractor's program office.
