Under supervision, you will learn to read blueprints, interpret weld symbols, set up equipment, and perform basic welding on steel, aluminum, and stainless steel components.

Qualifications

• Entry-level role with supervision; learns to interpret blueprints and weld symbols.

Responsibilities

• Perform basic welding and fitting tasks using FCAW (Flux-core), GMAW (MIG), TIG, Stick, Pulse, and Spray transfer techniques.
• Read and follow basic blueprints and weld symbols.
• Assist in assembly, grinding, straightening, beveling, bracing, and finishing fabricated parts.
• Perform flame cutting and pre- and tack welding as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of assigned work area.
• Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE.
