Aiered in Los Angeles, CA is seeking an Entry Level Event Specialist to join our growing events team. This role supports planning and execution of corporate conferences, product launches, and large social functions, providing hands-on coordination from start to finish.

You will work under senior specialists, coordinate with vendors and venues, manage registrations and attendee communications, and help with setup and teardown to ensure smooth events.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or related field preferred.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with great attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and comfortable learning event management software.

Responsabilidades

• Assist in planning and coordinating events from start to finish under the guidance of senior event specialists.
• Collaborate with vendors, venues, and suppliers to secure necessary services and materials.
• Support the management of event logistics, including scheduling, registration, and attendee communication.
• Coordinate event set-up and tear-down to ensure smooth operations.
