Job summary

HHV is seeking motivated Event Assistants to support planning, marketing campaigns, and promotional activities. You’ll work alongside an experienced team, gain hands-on experience, and learn what it takes to help events run smoothly. No prior event planning experience is required.

We welcome recent graduates and candidates with backgrounds in retail, hospitality, customer service, sales, or other people-focused roles. This role offers training to develop coordination and communication skills.

• Support event marketing and promotional activities to increase brand awareness.
• Communicate with team members, clients, and event partners.
• Help prepare event documents, presentations, and promotional materials.
• Assist with tracking event results and gathering feedback.
• Work with the team to complete projects and meet deadlines.
• Participate in training to develop event coordination, marketing, and communication skills.
