Moodreact seeks an organized, enthusiastic Entry Level Event Coordinator to assist in planning and executing promotional events, brand activations, and customer engagement experiences in Atlanta, GA. No prior event coordination experience is required, as we provide training and hands-on guidance.

You will support setup, timelines, displays, attendee welcome, and post-event review while coordinating with teammates to ensure smooth execution and a positive attendee experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist with coordinating promotional events and scheduled activities.
• Help organize event timelines, preparation tasks, and assigned responsibilities.
• Coordinate event materials, promotional displays, and supplies.
• Support event setup, execution, and breakdown.
• Welcome attendees and help create a positive event experience.
• Communicate with team members to ensure activities run according to plan.
• Monitor event needs and help address unexpected changes.
• Maintain organized event spaces and ensure promotional materials are properly displayed.
