• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Sales, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• At least two years of related experience required.
• Experience with waterproofing, masonry, and concrete repair/restoration preferred.
• Familiar with procurement of construction services and AIA documents.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.

Aufgaben

• Perform quantity takeoff surveys and prepare estimates and proposals.
• Coordinate with estimators, project managers, engineers, and clients on scope of work and changes.
• Analyze RFIs and ensure cost estimates reflect scope and schedules.
• Maintain database of manufacturers and subcontractors for cost comparisons.
• Support safety program and promote best practices.
