Job summary

Jobot is seeking a Junior Estimator to support multifamily and in-house construction projects. You will assist in preparing conceptual and detailed estimates, perform quantity takeoffs, and price using plans and specs.

Work with development and operations teams to evaluate budgets and opportunities. Ideal candidates have 1–5 years in estimating or related fields, a bachelor’s degree in construction management or civil engineering, and strong Excel skills.

What We’re Looking For

• 1–5 years of experience in estimating, construction, or project engineering
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• Strong interest in multifamily or residential development
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and organizational skills
• Proficiency in Excel; exposure to estimating software is a plus
• Team player with strong communication skills and a proactive mindset
