Qualifications

• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Perform quantity takeoffs from plans, specs, and contract documents.
• Assist in developing cost estimates for labor, materials, equipment, and subcontractors.
• Review project drawings, geotechnical reports, and bid requirements.
• Solicit and evaluate subcontractor and supplier quotations.
• Support bid package preparation and estimate summaries.
• Coordinate with project team to validate methods and pricing assumptions.
