Qualifications

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in the construction industry, preferably in healthcare construction.
• Demonstrated experience in preparing detailed cost estimates for construction projects.
• Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and labor costs.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex technical documents.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to clearly explain cost estimates to stakeholders.
• Proficiency in using estimating software and other relevant technological tools.
• A degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
