Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed cost estimates for healthcare construction projects (materials, labor, equipment, etc).
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and architects to refine estimates.
- Review design documents for cost implications and suggest savings.
- Participate in bid meetings, sharing estimation insights and risk analysis.
- Conduct post-project reviews to improve future estimates.
- Stay updated on healthcare construction trends to keep estimates competitive.
