Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, Geology, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of relevant experience in stormwater inspection/management or environmental consulting.
• Ability to prepare clear and accurate field notes and reports.
• Willingness to travel up to 80% local travel for fieldwork.

Responsibilities

• Conduct stormwater inspections at construction, industrial, and municipal sites.
• Assist with compliance evaluations related to stormwater permits and environmental regulations.
• Document field observations, site conditions, and potential compliance issues.
• Collect stormwater-related field data and support sampling activities.
• Prepare inspection reports, compliance documentation, and technical summaries.
• Maintain accurate records of inspections, corrective actions, and follow-up activities.
• Support development of SWPPPs and LCANs and related compliance documents.
• Assist in identifying BMP recommendations and tracking resolution of deficiencies.
• Perform other environmental field services and office-based tasks to assist with non-stormwater projects.
