Job summary

Antea Group is seeking entry-level Environmental Specialists to support remediation projects at Colorado State University and across Colorado. The role involves fieldwork, data management, and coordinating with project teams in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates are organized, with strong written and verbal communication skills. A 40-hour HAZWOPER certification is required or provided after employment. Travel will be 70–80% with safety‑sensitive duties and field site work.

Qualifications

• 40‑hour HAZWOPER OSHA certification required or training provided after employment.
• 0–3 years of applicable environmental experience.
• Background check, pre‑employment drug screening, and valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Site remediation activities support and health/safety oversight of subcontractors.
• Permitting and Phase I/Phase II Environmental Site Assessments.
• Health and safety audit support and data entry, management, and analysis.
• Preparation of reports in various formats.
• Ability to work with multiple project managers and travel as needed.
