Job summary

Arcadis U.S. Inc. in Novi, MI is seeking a Chemical or Environmental Engineer to join the Integrated Sustainability and Compliance (ISC) team in Novi, Michigan; Philadelphia, Pennsylvania; Houston, Texas; or Tampa, Florida.

This will be a hybrid role, splitting time between an Arcadis office, remote work and visits to client sites. In this role you will work with our air quality and EHS compliance teams to support air quality permitting, routine air permit compliance reporting, Tier II and TRI

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemical, Environmental, or related engineering.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist industrial, commercial and federal clients with air permitting, waste management, stormwater pollution prevention and permitting, spill preparedness and response, wastewater discharge permitting, and associated regulatory reports.
• Prepare emission calculations for regulated air pollutants and greenhouse gases.
• Support our due diligence team with Phase I Environmental Site Assessments and report preparation.
• Provide field and office support of site investigations including soil, water, and vapor sample collection and site inspections.
• Work on multiple, unique assignments simultaneously utilizing strong organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills.
