Job summary

Insight Global is seeking an Enterprise Architect with 2-3 years of architecture experience to help govern and translate business needs into scalable technical solutions. You will work with stakeholders to review, charter, and standardize architectural practices across domains.

The role requires familiarity with TOGAF, Zachman, ArchiMate and UML, plus experience with governance artifacts. You’ll contribute to ARB activities and promote mature enterprise architecture across the organization.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of Enterprise Architecture experience or baseline architecture experience.
• Understanding of Enterprise Architecture frameworks (TOGAF, Zachman).
• Knowledge of architecture modeling tools (ArchiMate, UML).
• Experience translating business requirements into technical specifications.
• Experience developing architecture artifacts, standards, principles, and governance documentation.
• Familiarity with Enterprise Architecture platforms such as SAP LeanIX, Ardoq, Orbus / Orbus Infinity, ServiceNow EA/APM.

Responsibilities

• Manage architecture governance intake requests and review queue.
• Work directly with stakeholders to gather and assess incoming architecture requests.
• Support a standing Architecture Governance Group.
• Help write architecture charters, standards, advisories, and principles.
• Partner with business and technology stakeholders to understand strategic initiatives.
• Contribute to enterprise architecture artifacts across application, data, and system domains.
• Translate business requirements into scalable architecture recommendations.
• Ensure adherence to enterprise architecture standards and governance processes.
• Support Architecture Review Board (ARB) activities and associated governance procedures.
• Learn and leverage enterprise architecture tools and methodologies.
• Present architecture recommendations and technical concepts to business leaders.
• Collaborate across technology teams to ensure architectural alignment.
• Support the growth and maturity of the Enterprise Architecture function.

Job description
