Insight Global is seeking an Enterprise Architecture professional to manage governance intake, review queues, and ARB activities in a fast-paced environment. You will translate business needs into scalable architecture, build artifacts across domains, and lead collaboration with stakeholders to ensure alignment with standards and strategic initiatives.
The role requires hands-on experience with EA frameworks, modeling tools, and governance platforms, plus a strong ability to communicate complex
Manage architecture governance intake requests and review queue
Work directly with stakeholders to gather and assess incoming architecture requests
Support a standing Architecture Governance Group
Help write architecture charters, standards, advisories, and principles
Partner with business and technology stakeholders to understand strategic initiatives
Contribute to enterprise architecture artifacts across application, data, and system domains
Translate business requirements into scalable architecture recommendations
Ensure adherence to enterprise architecture standards and governance processes
Support Architecture Review Board (ARB) activities and associated governance procedures
Learn and leverage enterprise architecture tools and methodologies
Present architecture recommendations and technical concepts to business leaders
Collaborate across technology teams to ensure architectural alignment
Support the growth and maturity of the Enterprise Architecture function

2-3 years of Enterprise Architecture experience or baseline architecture experience
Understanding of Enterprise Architecture frameworks (TOGAF, Zachman)
Knowledge of architecture modeling tools (ArchiMate, UMLUML)
Experience translating business requirements into technical specifications
Experience developing architecture artifacts, standards, principles, and governance documentation
Familiarity with Enterprise Architecture platforms such as:
Self-starter mentality with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment, strong stakeholder communication/management
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field - TOGAF certification (or willingness to obtain within 6 months)
Experience with Orbus Infinity
Experience with ServiceNow Enterprise Architecture Workspace (APM)
Financial Services industry experience
Knowledge of:
SOX, PCI DSS, Regulatory and governance frameworks
Experience supporting Architecture Review Boards (ARB)
Previous governance and architecture review experience
Long-term experience working within mature enterprise organizations
Solution Architecture background with broad technology exposure
