Job summary

Nordex is seeking a qualified engineer to oversee bearing supplier manufacturing and testing, ensuring adherence to design specifications and performance requirements. The role includes on-site technical support at supplier facilities, issue resolution, and collaboration on advanced quality planning for wind products.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Master’s degree preferred.
• Native Mandarin speaker with professional English proficiency.
• 3+ years of engineering or quality management experience in the wind power industry.

Responsibilities

• Monitor the entire product manufacturing and testing processes of bearing suppliers, strictly control production processes and testing standards to meet Nordex specifications.
• Provide on-site professional technical support at suppliers' facilities and promptly resolve manufacturing/quality issues while ensuring compliance with Nordex requirements.
• Collaborate with resident SQA engineers on APQP4 Wind activities including DFMEA, PFMEA, CPK and GR&R analyses.
• Troubleshoot and analyze on-site technical abnormalities, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions for smooth production.
• Act as a technical advisor during product launch phases, including prototype manufacture and ramp-up, and capture lessons learned for design and process improvements.
• Support homologation and compliance activities for new bearing products and suppliers.

  2. Provide on-site professional technical support at suppliers' facilities, timely solve various technical and quality problems arising from manufacturing and production processes, follow up rectification implementation, and ensure full compliance with Nordex technical and quality requirements.

  
  

  常驻供应商厂区提供专业技术支撑，及时处理生产制造、产品质量过程中出现的各类技术问题，全程跟进问题整改落地，确保完全满足公司技术及质量要求。

  3. Cooperate with resident SQA engineers to promote APQP4 Wind (Advanced Product Quality Planning for Wind Industry) related work, including DFMEA, PFMEA, CPK process capability analysis and GR&R measurement system analysis.

  4. Troubleshoot and analyze on-site technical abnormalities, equipment and process faults at bearing suppliers' facilities, quickly identify root causes, formulate and verify rectification solutions to ensure smooth production.

• 
  

  5. Act as a technical advisor in key stages of product launch, including prototype manufacturing and production ramp-up. Summarize production experience and lessons learned, and promote the implementation of optimized requirements in product design and manufacturing processes.

  
  

  作为技术顾问参与产品落地关键阶段工作，包括样品试制、产能爬坡及批量量产阶段。同步梳理量产过程经验教训，推动优化迭代，确保相关改进要求落地到产品设计与生产工艺中。

  6. Support technical activities related to the homologation and compliance certification of new bearing products and new bearing suppliers to ensure successful market and supplier access.

  
  

  协助开展新型轴承产品、新轴承供应商的资质认证、合规 homologation 相关技术工作，保障新产品、新供方顺利完成合规准入。

  
  

Qualifications：

• 
  

  1. Bachelor’s degree or above in Mechanical Engineering (Master’s degree preferred)

  
  

  机械工程相关专业本科及以上学历（硕士优先）
