Job summary

Nordex is seeking a skilled Blade Manufacturing Engineer to join our international team in the United States. You will assess deviations per NX standards, define rework plans, and coordinate across Process, Quality, Production, and Service with Blade Engineering.

On-site support will be provided to blade manufacturing facilities to ensure high quality and timely repairs. Applicants should have extensive blade manufacturing know-how, 5+ years in wind blade or composite industries, fluent English,

Qualifications

• Blade manufacturing know-how required.
• Minimum 5 years in wind blade or composites.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
• Ability to work in an international, multicultural team.
• Experience in composite design and manufacturing.
• Experience in blade quality control.
• Experience in blade repairs.

Responsibilities

• Assess deviations and non-conformities according to NX standards.
• Define rework and corrective action plans.
• Interface between Process/Quality/Production/Service and Blade Engineering.
• Provide on-site technical support to blade manufacturing plants.

1. 1. Assessment of deviations and non-conformities according to NX standards.
   依据 恩德标准开展偏差与不合格项评定
2. 2. Rework definition
   制定返工整改方案
3. 3. Act as interface between Process/Quality/Production/Service teams and Blade Engineering
   对接工艺、质量、生产、售后团队与叶片工程部门，统筹跨部门沟通协作
4. 4. On-site support to blade manufacturing plants
   为叶片生产工厂提供现场技术支持

Qualifications：

1. 1. Blade manufacturing know how
   精通叶片生产制造工艺
2. 2. Minimum 5 years’ experience in the wind blade or composite industry
   具备 5 年及以上风电叶片或复合材料行业工作经验
3. 3. Fluent in English, written and spoken
   英语口语、书面读写流利
4. 4. Motivated to work in an international and multicultural team
   能够适应国际化多元团队工作氛围
5. 5. Experience in composite design and manufacturing.
   具备复合材料设计与生产相关经验
6. 6. Experience in blade quality.
   拥有叶片质量管控相关工作经验
