How You Can Make An Impact

As a Junior Engineer within Stadler US's Signaling Division, you will contribute to the design, development, and implementation of advanced rail signaling systems, including:

  • CBTC (Communications-Based Train Control)
  • CWS (Collision Warning System using radar, lidar, cameras, and AI)
  • SCADA (Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition)

In this role, you will support the delivery of signaling solutions that meet the highest standards of safety, reliability, and performance, while aligning with customer requirements and industry regulations. Based on your strengths, you may focus on electrical, mechanical, or software components. You will also take ownership of subprojects and develop broad expertise in signaling technologies, systems, and customer applications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support system engineering processes across the full project lifecycle (concept, design, implementation, validation)
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure system components align with overall architecture and customer requirements
  • Develop and execute integration and testing strategies to ensure system performance and safety compliance
