  • Documentation & Reporting: Maintain curing logs, installation records, daily construction reports, production quantities, expense receipts, and quality control documentation. Track, verify, and report daily labor hours and employee time records, material usage, and equipment utilization to support payroll processing, job costing, and project reporting.
  • Construction Equipment Operation: Gain hands-on experience operating construction equipment, including skid steers, winches, telehandlers (Lull), and other specialized field equipment. Assist with equipment setup and material handling under appropriate training and supervision.
  • Quality Control & Technical Support: Review construction drawings, specifications, and approved installation procedures. Verify field measurements, monitor installation quality, coordinate inspections, and assist in identifying and resolving technical issues.
