Job summary

Motorola Solutions seeks an entry-level Electronics Technician‑I for Silvus’ StreamCaster line in Los Angeles. The role collaborates with operations and engineering to ensure high quality, on-time delivery, and continual product improvement. On-site, Monday–Friday, 4:00 am–12:30 pm at the West Los Angeles HQ.

Responsibilities include testing assemblies and PCBs, final assembly, system testing, and daily data logging. U.S. background check and drug test are required; must be a U.S.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Strong manual dexterity and hand skills with tools.
• Competent PC user and computer-savvy.
• Collaborative spirit and teamwork.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Test sensitive electronic assemblies and PCBs to ensure quality.
• Perform final assembly and inspection of finished products.
• Conduct system and quality control testing in production.
• Log statistics and provide daily feedback to the team.
