Recent technical school graduates will gain exposure to troubleshooting, drawings, FAT/SIT testing, and equipment refurbishment while developing toward more specialized roles.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Technical, vocational, trade school, or community college training preferred.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and interest in learning.
• Comfortable using hand tools and basic measuring equipment.
• Willingness to learn new technology, systems and processes.

Responsibilities

• Test, troubleshoot, assemble, and repair mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
• Read and interpret engineering drawings, schematics, procedures, and work instructions.
• Prepare tools, equipment, and materials for testing and assembly.
• Use diagnostic equipment and measuring devices to identify system issues.
• Assist with FAT, EFAT, and SIT testing.
• Maintain accurate quality, inspection, and testing documentation.
